A Comcast guy came to the door yesterday.Cable Guy: "4565 Carroll - you don't have cable."
Me: "Nope. We don't watch TV."
CG: "You don't?"
Me: "No."
CG: "Do you have a TV?"
Me: "Yes, but we only use it to watch movies."
CG: "Oh. So you don't watch any TV at all?"
Me: "Only the five minutes before and after we put in our movies."
CG: "Oh. You don't even watch the networks?"
Me: "No."
CG: "Well, we have this special deal for people who don't watch very much TV. $5/month till the end of December."
Me: "We don't want to pay for something we won't use."
CG: "Oh. Ok."
And then we talked a little about phone service that I didn't want, either. He was rather astounded I think.
